Via our contact form: names, email, phone number, preferred date, region, budget, message. Via appointment booking: name, email, chosen time slot. Via instant messaging (WhatsApp, chat): the content of your exchanges with our team.
Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry, arrange an initial conversation, and follow up on your project. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Hosting and processors
Your data is hosted within the European Union. We use technical service providers (hosting, transactional email, messaging, appointment booking, CRM) that may process your data on our behalf, in compliance with GDPR.
Retention period
Data related to a contact request is kept for 3 years from the last exchange, unless you request its deletion.
Your rights
